Our Team
All of our instructors are internationally certified by the World Tang Soo Do Association. Our instructors understand that the student's individual progress is the most important focus of their attention. That's why our instructors continue to be students themselves. They take classes, attend seminars and continually work to improve their ability to help our students reach their goals. Our instructors continue to upgrade their teaching and leadership skill to make your experience in class the best it can be.
Master Rich Arteca, Yuk Dan
Master Rich Arteca is a Certified Yuk Dan Master in the World Tang Soo Do Association. Master Arteca began training in 1983 in the martial arts as part of the World Tang Soo Do Association and has been with this organization ever since. Master Arteca was promoted to Sah Dan Master in 2003, Oh Dan Master in 2011 and Yuk Dan Master in 2019. He is currently the Judging Coordinator for the WTSDA and Region 8. Outside of Tang Soo Do, Master Arteca was a Professor of Horticultural Physiology at The Pennsylvania State University until his retirement in 2018.
Master Jeannette Arteca, Sah Dan
Ms. Jeannette Arteca is a certified Sah Dan Master in the World Tang Soo Do Association. She began training in WTSDA in 2002. Ms. Arteca is also the Chief instructor at Arteca's Martial Arts II. In addition to her teaching duties, she is currently the editor of the WTSDA/WTSDF newsletter, Region 8 Facebook administrator, co-Chair of the WTSDA Publications Committee and a member of the WTSDA Judging Committee.
Dr. Jeff Baker, Sah Dan
Dr. Jeff Baker is a certified Sah Dan instructor in the World Tang Soo Do Association. He began training in WTSDA in 2000. Dr. Baker is also a member of the Region 8 Leadership Class. Dr. Baker is currently an Assistant Professor and physician at The Pennsylvania State University Hershey Medical Group.
Andy Kosiba, Sam Dan
Mr. Andy Kosiba is a certified Sam Dan instructor in the World Tang Soo Do Association. He began training in WTSDA in 2005. Mr. Kosiba is also a member of the Region 8 Leadership Class. Mr. Kosiba is software engineer at Applied Research Laboratory at The Pennsylvania State University.
Crystal Wenrick, Sam Dan
Ms. Crystal Wenrick is a certified Sam Dan instructor in the World Tang Soo Do Association. She began trainng in WTSDA in 2007. Ms. Wenrick also teaches the Tiny Tigers. Ms. Wenrick is a member of the Region 8 Leadership Class. Ms. Wenrick is currently with the Penns Valley school district.
Mike Flickinger, E Dan
Mr. Mike Flickinger is a certified E Dan instructor in the World Tang Soo Do Association. He began training in WTSDA in 2008. Mr. Flickinger is a retired Penns Valley teacher and currently the owner of Greybeard Technology.
Jesse Weaver, E Dan
Mr. Jesse Weaver is a certified Cho Dan instructor in the World Tang Soo Do Association. He began training in WTSDA in 2016. Mr. Weaver is an employee of The Pennsylvania State University.
Adrian Weaver, Cho Dan
Mrs. Adrian Weaver is a certified Cho Dan instructor in the World Tang Soo Do Association. She began training in WTSDA in 2018. Mrs. Weaver is an employee of The Pennsylvania State University.
